Went to this Denny's late a few nights ago and got just a chicken appetizer for a small bite before going to sleep. It was delicious and service was decent. Don't expect your waiter/waitress to come back many times throughout your meal to check on you but other than that everything was pretty good. Got severe diarrhea afterwards but it was still delicious so I'll take 3/5

A couple of weeks ago my best friend and I had very limited options for dining in: Waffle House, Denny's and Beverly's Pancake House, and like idiots we chose the Denny's on Meridian. When waiting for our table we heard someone get their food and say to their romantic partner "See?! I told you we'd get it in less than 40 minutes!" which sounded like a really awesome joke. Unfortunately he was telling the blunt honest truth: The service was abysmal. We waited a good HOUR for our food only to find the skillet I ordered literally burnt up on the skillet as I tried to eat it quickly, naturally burning my tongue as I did so. Luckily we only ordered water to drink, because refills were clearly not coming and I could see most patrons that weren't intoxicated were equally unhappy with their service. It looked like only one server was active at best and having noticed ticket times I can't say I blame the lack of staff, I wouldn't work at a store with that kind of negative environment either. I have to assume that this is more related to a lack of late-night staff because some of the other reviews made during the day are more positive, and I used to come here at night and get pretty decent service in the mid-late 2000's. Not anymore, sadly.

Great service, the food was good, consistent with any other Denny's. Easy walk from several hotels so it's a great place to go if you're visiting and just want a good but inexpensive meal.

You know what I love about the new Yelp Mobile app? I love that I can filter a search to help me find a kid friendly restaurant that is open at 10:30 on a Saturday night. I blame the choice I made on no one but myself. Can't blame Denny's--they are here to serve just such a purpose. Can't blame the square dancers--they were hungry after their competition, and the restaurant was in walking distance to their hotel. Can't blame the waitress. She was young, but experienced enough to offer to replace my messed up plate of food, and then to quietly drop the check and let us finish what we could of our meals. I could blame the kitchen, because I'm guessing that the combination of families, tour groups, and competitive square dancers is actually pretty common for this close-to-the-airport location. But no. I'll just keep the blame to myself. That way I can leave tomorrow's dinner choice up to someone else!

My husband and I were midway through our cross-country move and this Dennys was right across the street from our motel. I've been to MANY Dennys in my days, and not once can I think of a time I've had a bad experience, until now. I'm not sure if its because we are used to very good service in California and this is just a standard level of service for Oklahoma, or if it really was as poor of an experience as we thought. I saw they had a new type of Moons Over My Hammy, a Baja one, with avocado on it, so I decided that's what I would order, along with a milkshake. 10 minutes after our order, the waitress brought out my milkshake, which I started sipping on. Thirty whole minutes later, our food finally comes out. This was not a busy night; in fact, we were one of the only people in the restaurant. I'm not sure what took so long. I've been to other Dennys with three times the number of patrons where the food tool half as long. In any case, the avocado I was so excited about was missing from my meal, and to make it worse, our waitress disappeared so we couldn't even ask her to bring some out. Finally, my husband rescued me by flagging down another server who promptly brought me some sliced avocado. The waitress also took forever to bring us our check. Both of us had long-since finished eating by the time it came. Not sure where she disappeared to. We were just hoping for a quick meal and to head back to the hotel to sleep, but it was not meant to be. Why are things always so much harder on road trips?

Staying in the Super 8 Motel close by and needed to eat. Love their Philly Cheese Steak omelet. My waitress Cindy was the BEST!!! I asked about their liquid eggs that restaurants use for scrambles and omelets and she immediately suggested whole eggs. The omelet was great and the service tops!

Poor poor service. Waited one hour on food. Then order came wrong. No discount on wrong order. Hmmm horrible management and wait staff. This use to be my favorite place to eat when I came to OKC. Not anymore !

Eaten here the last three times I've stayed overnight in okc and service was always good and the food is always fantastic. My girlfriend loves the nachos and has ordered them twice already and for me well I am just always trying something new and it is never disappointing.

OMG. I am in love with the red, white and blue pancakes. Blueberry pancakes with fresh cut strawberries liberally topping the pancakes and then drizzled with icing. Who needs syrup? I am salivating right now just writing about it. Reasonably clean location. Decent service. Standard.

Went to breakfast this morning. Had an Ultimate Skillet with my eggs basted. It was good (and healthy with spinach in it). The server was friendly and effcient. This Denny's was in the older style restaurant building. It was busy on this Sunday morning.
